Mr. Song Shoushun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cement Technology, Tongji University. He is the Chairman of the board, Sinoma Technology & Equipment Group Co. Ltd. and Vice President, Sinoma International Engineering Co. Ltd.
Mr. Song Shoushun led LNVT’s evolution as a global leader in cement and engineering value chain businesses. With his great vision he has brought equity cult in the organization. He characterizes the essence of dare to dream and learn to excel, and LNVT – Sinoma is a living testimony to the same.

Mr. Tong Laigo is a Major in Electric Automation from Shanghai Building Materials College. He is the Vice President, Sinoma International Engineering Co. Ltd. and is the man of indomitable will. His single-minded dedication has given way to LNVT – Sinoma in evolving par excellence.
Mr. Laigo has held positions as Executive Vice President, Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute Co. Ltd., President, CBMI Construction Co. Ltd., Senior Commercial Director, Tangshan Installation Engineering Co. Ltd. in the past. It is his vast spectrum of experience that enables the organization to excel beyond usual.

Mr. Rao is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and a veteran in Cement Plant Project Engineering with experience spanning over three decades. Backed by his rich experience in Senior positions with KCP & Fuller, established LNV Technology in 2001, together with Mr. H.J. Nielsen

He is indeed one of the pioneers in taking cement industry through reengineering and brownfield expansion to such great heights where it is today.

Mr. H. J. Nielsen holds Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. He is a Danish national, permanent resident of Thailand and holds more than 30 years of experience in Cement Process Technology.

Mr. Nielsen combined the Aero Dynamics in the grinding mills to develop a unique classifying technology for Cement and Mineral industries. Under his able chairmanship LNVT had successfully completed a decade of excellent service. His unrelenting commitment to his goals has enabled LNVT to make its presence felt in the overseas market.

Mr. Limingfei is a Master’s in Business Management and Engineer. He has worked as a Senior Engineer and Deputy Manager of Pyro subbranch, Sinoma Technology & Equipment group Co. Ltd. He is the in-charge of technical research, marketing and contract execution.

Mr. Limingfei holds vast experience in R&D of firing system and equipment, design of grinding system and equipment and environmental protection equipment.
